Koupes are a Cypriot snack that are traditionally filled with mincemeat. Our process and recipe have been handed down from our mother who has been making koupes for over 20 years, these are a family favourite and our customers have been coming back for years! We offer different fillings such as pork, beef, lamb and turkey and for the vegan options garlic mushroom and slightly spiced chickpeas with caramelised red onion. The choice is yours on which size to choose small, medium and large Enjoy.

Our Koupes Contain:

• Pork mince meat
• Parsley
• Onions
• Seasoning
• Outer coating is Bulgur wheat
• Flour
• Seasoning
• Size 15-17cm

Store in a freezer for up to 3 months. Once fried please do not refreeze. 

Fry in oil temp 180c for 3-4 min please do not defrost, fry straight from the freezer.
