This traditional Cypriot recipe of Makaronia tou fournou is a delicious oven-baked meat, pasta and béchamel sauce which is also known as pastitsio in Greece! It’s a is a winter warmer and loved by many. Cypriots traditionally use pork, beef or lamb filling the choice is yours.
